By accessing or using buildforge.ca (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about BuildForge Construction Co. and our services. Submissions made through our forms do not by themselves create a contract for construction services; any work is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Quotes & estimates

Estimates provided through the Site or by phone are preliminary and subject to a site visit, design finalization and a signed contract. Final pricing is set out in your project agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including photographs of completed projects, text, logos and designs, is the property of BuildForge Construction Co. or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. User submissions

By submitting photos, videos or files through our forms, you confirm you have the right to share that content and grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of evaluating and delivering your project.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildForge is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
